Need help identifying an old VHS tape. Please help?
I used to watch this a lot when I was smaller, but I can't remember too many details. I remember that it was live-action and involved a bunch of toys coming to life(like a jack-in-the-box, a clown, a Raggedy Ann doll, etc). Um, I'm not really sure about the jack in the box, but the clown was definitely there. And....they did the hokey pokey. I can identify that I used to watch it in the late 90s so I'd say it could be from the 80s or the 90s.
Sorry for being so vague, but that's all I can remember and my parents aren't really any help. (They don't even recall having a tape like that....) 
Ah! And (if this helps anyone) the background made the actors seem as small as the toys that they, um, represent. They spent a majority of the movie(or all I can remember) on a hardwood floor near some bouncy balls or something, then they moved to a table near the end.
