Night Before

Should I take a sleeping pill the night before a test?

It would be one Tylenol PM, usualy when I take one, I don't feel drowise in the morning. So should I take it? By the way, the test I'm taking is the SAT. I'm very nervous about taking it. This is my third time taking it. The first time I took a pill the night before and then the second time I didn't take one and the second time I took it I did worse than before. I'm really worried that I wont get a hign enough score on the SAT to get into college. I didn't even brake the 1500 average....I'm very worried, and I'm just trying to see what I can do to help. If you have any suggestions of tips please let me know.

Doesn't sound like sleep is the problem. As in most tests You Are probably worrying Too Much about it. Relax the night before, good book, favorite music etc. ,next day just approach the test with a very positive feeling. Good luck.
