Whats the difference between the book "The Princess Bride" and the movie?
Is there anything different from the movie and the book?
or is everything exactly the same?

The book of the Princess Bride that you will find in bookstores is annotated version of the original book by a Floranise author Morgenstern. The original book was much longer and was written as a political satire. In the 1973, film producer William Goldman 'wrote' the annotated version, cutting out all the satire and leaving most of the romance and action scenes. He later based his film of the same name on this annotated version.
So, yes, the annotated version and the film are very similar.
