Under Sea

How would i make an under the sea themed tshirt look cool but not childish? Any ideas?

Its for our schools homecoming tshirt. Our theme is under the sea of course!

an aqua blue (or really bright blue) colored v-neck with a bunch of seaweed in one of the corners that goes up but each one is like a different length
then put like flounder and ariel and stuff on the seaweed
kinda like this
